Inner workings an not just “talk” is huge! Years ago an experience of hearing a counselor speak set off 🚩 “s going by the book brings it out , but only re traumatized. Those methods are not well known by many who need them, so I hope that many hear your message!

So true! They are not the same at all but go very well together in a healing setting. I am certified as trauma-informed as well a a root cause trauma healing practitioner, a double whammy 🙏🏻

For sure, no shade at “trauma-informed” practitioners at all. My goal was clarity for the general consumer! So glad you’re out there helping people!

The clarity is so important, the distinction between the two is chalk and cheese. Awareness, education alongside safe, compassionate trauma healing facilitation and processing…. That’s where it’s at! 🫶🏻

Everything you speak of resonates deeply with me and the work I'm doing around methylation and awareness re: brain health.

My approach is holistic and I utilise astrology to identify where an individual needs to focus in order to “flick the switch” so to speak.

I'd love to discuss further with you…

Sounds interesting! I've done some research on astrology, and I haven't found a ton of science behind it personally, but I'm totally open-minded to learn more!

Believe it or not I wasn't sold on astrology until I began to connect the dots

The results by comparison to genetic marker tests for example were 99.8% accurate

When I started to see patterns related to medical dispositions and astrology placements I became very curious…

Now Im on the other side of a full body detox having followed my personal holistic health mapping.

My son who was an extreme picky eater of 6+ years is now open to trying an array of foods and enjoying them… his focus and emotional regulation has completely stabilised. Beyond this Ive been seeing many positive results in clients who showed signs of neurodegeneration, inflammation such as eczema through IBS to name a few. Not to mention complete mindset shifts...

As much as science has not provided much support to astrology it makes me wonder perhaps its not been explored to any depth…?

The way I see it is the opportunity to understand your inner workings - tools to help mitigate or even prevent onset of symptoms if you choose. Thus putting your health back into your own hands.

We all know how important it is to look after our body but many don't until they are forced…. There's no trick to it - good nutrient and lifestyle choices... The key is knowing which are best for you and your unique makeup.

Astrology is showing it self to be that tool - esp when you begin to delve into the effects of trauma on the brain and how it disrupts our biochemistry - generational trauma can be tracked by astrology and supported by the likes of Dr Gabor Maté, Bruce Lipton, Dr Carolyn Leaf.… and more

I'm always fascinated to explore the cross-over - PM if you'd like to discuss further.
