But here’s the thing: You don’t have to repeat a new identity until it sticks. You can clear the old one that’s been running the show. It was learned - it can be unlearned.
That’s what I do. I don’t help people act like someone new. I help them clear the identity they’ve been unconsciously stuck in.
Once it’s gone, things move. No pushing. No pretending. Just choice.
"I already am what I want to be". Beyond the fact that your thoughts have real power over your reality, this is also true from the perspective that past, present and future might not even exist, so you might really be, physically, already what you want to be.

I want to help many mothers who are in the state of 'I am exhausted, overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, etc.' to 'I am a powerful enigmatic vibrant energy!' (We've grown human bodies inside our body and gave birth to them, how is that for powerful? 😉).

This sounds like a very "top down" approach to identity work. How do you do this with people? NLP?
Not top-down at all.
I work with whatever shows up in the moment—thoughts, emotions, body sensations,—whatever’s active.
The focus is on clearing what’s holding the identity in place, right at the root.
Not layering something new on top, but removing what’s been unconsciously running the show.
Once that shifts, there’s no need to reinforce the change. It just holds.
