Who Am I?
The MBB Digest is written by me, Cody Isabel!
I have a degree in Cognitive Behavioral Neuroscience, training in IFS Psychotherapy, and my research focuses on the emerging field of Psychoneuroimmunology.
I’ve spent the last decade bridging mental health, neuroscience, and technology—founding ventures like MyCompanion, a 24/7 AI support tool for Complex PTSD, and The Decision Lab Podcast, where I interview experts on the future of healing and human potential.
My mission is simple: Help 1 billion people create happiness and purpose through science-backed tools, innovative tech, and nervous system-first healing.
